14.1 Some of pinoy777's third-party Data Processors operate infrastructure or support services in jurisdictions outside the Philippines, including cloud hosting regions in Southeast Asia, the European Union, and other locations. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, pinoy777 takes steps to ensure that an adequate level of protection applies to such data.
14.2 Safeguards for cross-border transfers include contractual data protection clauses that impose obligations on recipient entities equivalent to those required under the Data Privacy Act, or reliance on the recipient country's recognition as providing an adequate level of data protection for the specific data categories involved.
